American Red Cross Blood Services
Connecticut Region

Hospitals request emergency
blood shipments!

Emergency hospital needs are draining an already fragile blood supply!
In one-day, three Connecticut hospitals requested emergency shipments of O-Positive and O-Negative. Supplies of this blood type are critically low!
Blood Centers nationwide are experiencing a severe blood shortage and are in need of your help!
Please help Connecticut patients and our friends and neighbors across the country. DONATE BLOOD!
All blood types are needed! Call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE or e-mail us at CTAppointment@usa.redcross.org.

Please call your company recruiter, or 1-800-GIVE LIFE to make an appointment to donate blood.
Together, we can save a life!

If you or the group you represent (civic organization, school, business, religious organization) would like to sponsor a blood drive, please e-mail for further information.
